HITOSHI SUZUKI

Chief Executive Officer

At our company, we are committed to delivering IT systems that are safe, secure and stable. To achieve this, my mission is to promote work style reform and environmental improvements, while enhancing each employee's skills and overall job satisfaction. I also see it as my responsibility to develop future leaders, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our business.

I believe in working with focus and intensity during designated hours, while fully enjoying personal time outside of work. This clear separation and balance between work and life is a core part of our philosophy.

Rather than building a "CEO-centric company," my vision is to cultivate a "team-driven organization." I aim to share my experience and provide guidance not only to future successors but also to aspiring entrepreneurs and independent ventures. In retirement, I hope to spend my time crafting handmade furniture, bringing creativity and craftsmanship into the next chapter of life.

HITOMI HAYAMA

Business Promotion Office    Manager

Our department integrates both front- and back-office functions, with each team playing a key role in driving the company's strategic initiatives. I believe this requires a people-centered approach that supports each employee, so I focus on improving the work environment, enhancing employee benefits, and strengthening career development initiatives such as training and one-on-one meetings.

Because my position involves frequent communication with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. I strive to communicate in an inclusive, balanced and assertive manner, always keeping an open mind rather than relying solely on my own perspective.

As part of building a sustainable and growing company, I aim to contribute to talent and organizational development, helping ensure smooth succession to the next generation. On a personal level, I hope to continue working long-term in roles that leverage my qualification as a career consultant.

Our Commitment to "Preventing Harassment"
in Accordance with the
Labor Measures Comprehensive Promotion Act

Harassment in the workplace harms the personality, dignity, and character of individuals and hinders the growth of the organization by negatively affecting the entire workplace. It is a serious violation of human rights and is an issue that cannot be ignored.

At Tokyo Preservation communication Co., Ltd., we take a zero-tolerance stance against all forms of harassment. We are committed to creating and maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment where all employees treat each other with dignity and mutual respect.

To address and prevent harassment, we have established a dedicated consultation counter and provide regular training sessions for all employees. We ensure that those who request a consultation as well as those who aid in determining the facts, do not receive unfair treatment.

We will endeavor to cultivate a workplace culture in which all employees are educated on harassment-related issues and where such conduct is unequivocally prevented. We pledge to remain steadfast in our efforts to build an organization that listens to and values every employee's voice.
