HITOSHI SUZUKI
Chief Executive Officer
At our company, we are dedicated to delivering IT systems that are safe, secure and stable. To achieve this, my mission is to drive work style reform and environmental improvement, while enhancing each employee's skills and overall job satisfaction. I also see it as my role to develop future leaders, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our business.
I believe in working with focus and intensity during designated hours and fully enjoying private time outside of work. This clear separation and balance between work and life is a core part of our philosophy.
Rather than building a "CEO centric company," my vision is to cultivate a "team-driven organization." I aim to share my experience and provide guidance not only to future successors but also to aspiring entrepreneurs and independent ventures. In retirement, I hope to spend my time crafting handmade furniture bringing creativity and craftsmanship into the next chapter of life.
HITOMI HAYAMA
Business Promotion Office Manager
Our department integrates both front-office and back-office functions, with each team playing a key role in driving the company's strategic initiatives. To help move the business forward, we focus on supporting each and every employee by enhancing the work environment, improving welfare programs, and strengthening career development through training and one-on-one coaching.
Given my position, I frequently engage with people both inside and outside the company. I make it a point to communicate in an inclusive, balanced and assertive manner always keeping an open mind rather than relying solely on my own perspective.
Looking ahead, I'm committed to building systems that will support the company's sustainable growth and smooth succession to the next generation. On a personal level, I hope to continue applying my qualifications as a certified career consultant to contribute meaningfully over the long term.

Our goal is to deliver work that brings peace of mind and satisfaction to every individual we serve whether they are clients or colleagues. By consistently doing so, we believe that comfort and joy can spread outward like a ripple, gradually shaping a society where people can live safely, securely, and with lasting smiles.
