At our company, we are committed to delivering IT systems that are safe, secure, and stable. To support this commitment, my mission is to advance workplace innovation and create an environment where employees can continuously develop their skills and find genuine satisfaction in their work. I also believe it is my responsibility to nurture the next generation of leaders to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of our organization.
We believe in working with focus and purpose during designated hours, while fully valuing and enjoying our personal time outside of work. Maintaining a healthy balance and clear boundaries between professional and private life is a fundamental part of our philosophy.
Rather than building a company centered around the CEO, my vision is to create a collaborative, team-driven organization. I strive to share my experience and provide guidance not only to future successors within the company, but also to those who aspire to pursue independence or entrepreneurship. In the future, after retiring from business, I hope to devote myself to life as a handmade furniture craftsman, bringing creativity and craftsmanship into the next chapter of my life.

Our department integrates both front-office and back-office functions, with each team playing a vital role in advancing the company's strategic initiatives. To help drive the organization forward, we focus on supporting every employee by improving the work environment, enhancing employee benefits. and strengthening career development through structured training programs and one-on-one coaching.
In my role, I frequently interact with stakeholders both inside and outside the company. I strive to communicate in an inclusive, balanced and assertive manner, always keeping an open mind rather than relying solely on my own perspective.
Looking ahead, I am committed to building systems and frameworks that support the company's sustainable growth and ensure a smooth transition to the next generation of leadership. My personal motto is, "Work hard, play hard." I believe in maintaining a healthy balance between focus and relaxation, which allows me to stay motivated and ready to take on new and exciting challenges.
By staying attuned to evolving societal trends and anticipating our clients' needs, we strive to provide forward-thinking solutions that go beyond conventional approaches. Our goal is to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with every client we serve.

Contact Center Solution Department Manager
The Contact Center Solution Department is responsible for the design, operation, and maintenance of contact center systems. In everything we do, we are guided by our core values: Quality, Security and Sustainability. Our team members work both on-site and remotely, but through strong collaboration, we foster a deep sense of unity and teamwork.
I place great importance on actively listening to each team member. By respecting diverse ideas and perspectives, we build mutual trust and foster strong collaboration across the team.
I strive to maintain a positive mindset and move forward with clarity purpose. Through transparent communication and a strong sense of accountability, I aim to be someone whom both customers and colleagues can trust and rely on.

THT Assistant Support Center (T-ASC) Manager
At T-ASC, we place a strong emphasis on open communication among team members to foster a supportive, dependable, and collaborative work environment. Our core mission is to ensure the stable operation of our clients' systems and to enable rapid recovery in the event of any system failure.
Money can be saved, but time cannot. Because time is limited and irreplaceable, I believe that both our personal time and our working hours are equally valuable parts of life. That's why I approach each day with intention and a strong sense of purpose.
Our goal is to deliver work that brings peace of mind and satisfaction to everyone we serve, whether clients or colleagues. By consistently doing so, we believe that comfort and joy can spread outward like ripples, gradually helping to build a society where people can live safely, securely, and with lasting smiles. It is this vision of the future continues to inspire and motivate me.
