Our company provides safe, secure and stable IT systems. To achieve this, my mission is to promote work style reform and environmental improvement, improve the skills of each employee and increase company satisfaction, and develop managers so that the company can continue its business into the future.
Our policy is to work with focus within the allotted time. Enjoy your private life outside of work hours. We encourage employees to work in a well-balanced way.
In order to pursue value as a "team" rather than a "president's company," my vision is to provide advice on know-how to successors as well as independent companies. I would like to spend my retirement as a craftsman of handmade furniture.
Hitomi HAYAMA
Manager of the Business Promotion Department
Our department is made up of teams that combine front office and back office functions, and each team plays a role in promoting the realization of our management strategy. We believe that in order to advance the company, we need to be considerate of each employee, and we are working to improve the work environment, enhance employee benefits, and provide career support through training and interviews.
Because of my position, I often speak with a variety of people both inside and outside the company, so I try not to fit things into my own framework, but to have an inclusive, eclectic attitude and to communicate assertively.
As a mechanism for the continuation and development of the company, I would like to be involved in human resource development and organizational management to ensure a smooth handover to the next generation. Personally, I would like to work for a long time in a position that makes use of my career consultant qualifications.

Contact Center Solutions Department Manager
The Contact Center Solutions Department is responsible for the construction, operation, and maintenance of contact centers, and operates with our company's key words of "peace of mind," "safety," and "stability" in mind. Each member works at their own site or remotely, but close cooperation creates a sense of unity as a team.
I always make it a priority to listen to the voices of each and every member. By respecting each person's opinions and thoughts, I consciously work to deepen trust and ensure smoother collaboration and cooperation across the entire team.
I always try to think positively and move forward. I aim to be a presence that is trusted by customers and colleagues by being conscious of transparent communication and taking responsible actions.


Motohiro Hashimoto
Director of THT Assistant Support Center (T-ASC)
T-ASC values communication between members and strives to create a team that is easy to work with and reliable, with the mission of ensuring stable operation of customers' systems and quick recovery in the event of a system failure.
You can save money, but you can't put time aside and think you'll use it later. Because time is limited and precious, I view both my private and working time as an important part of my life that I can't waste, and I approach my work every day with that in mind.
To do work that makes each and every customer (including our colleagues) feel safe and happy. By accumulating and continuing this, we hope that this sense of security and happiness will spread and permeate society in a spiral, and that we will become an indispensable company in realizing a society in which we can all live safely and with smiles forever. We continue to envision such a future possibility in our minds.

Initiatives to prevent power harassment based on the Labor Policy and Training Act
Harassment is a human rights issue that cannot be overlooked as it violates the dignity of employees, deteriorates the work environment, and ultimately leads to reduced productivity.
Tokyo Security Communications does not tolerate any form of harassment and is committed to creating a comfortable workplace where all employees can respect each other.
In order to solve these problems, we have set up a consultation desk and provide training for all employees. We will also ensure that those who make consultations and those who cooperate in verifying the facts do not suffer any disadvantage.
We will strive to create a corporate culture and workplace where all employees can learn about harassment and where such acts do not occur. We promise to strive every day to be a company that listens to the voices of all employees.
