Information Security Policy

Tokyo Preservation Communication Co., Ltd. provides comprehensive one-stop services from consulting and design to development, construction, and operation of systems. As we undertake entrusted system development and integration projects from our clients, it is critically important, not only to our customers but to society at large, that we maintain the reliability of our business operations. Our foremost responsibility is to maintain the confidentiality of customer information at a high level and to ensure the stable and secure operation of the information systems our clients rely on. All employees must recognize that the success of our information processing services is built upon the trust of our clients and society.
To fulfill these responsibilities, we hereby establish this Information Security Policy. All relevant personnel shall act in accordance with this policy, as outlined below:

 

1. We shall establish an organizational structure in which management is directly involved in promoting and continuously improving information security initiatives. We will clearly define roles and responsibilities for information management and operate a robust Information Security Management System.

 

2. All employees shall comply with this Information Security Policy and related laws and regulations, rules, contractual obligations, and shall act responsibly.

 

3. We shall establish criteria for evaluating risks, identify risks associated with information assets, and implement appropriate risk response plans.

 

4. In order to protect customer-entrusted information and ensure business continuity, we shall rigorously safeguard our information processing facilities and related infrastructure against accidents, disasters, and external threats.

 

5. The Information Security Management System shall be periodically reviewed to evaluate its effectiveness and to make continuous improvements. In addition, internal audits shall be conducted periodically to clarify compliant with established policies and standards.

 

6. We shall establish emergency response measures to promptly continue business operations in the event of incidents or disasters affecting the services we provide.

7. We shall provide education and training for all personnel involved with applicable information assets to ensure they possess the necessary competence and understand the basic principles, standards, and procedures of information security.
