Compensation Structure

Compensation is based on our evaluation system and consists of a base salary and bonus. Once a year, we conduct a review to clearly communicate what actions and achievements are required for employees to reach their desired annual income.

Infrastructure Engineer (Server / Network)

<Responsibilities>

  • Design and build infrastructure systems (servers and networks)

  • Prepare construction manuals, test plans, and test data

  • Perform cable installation between network devices

  • Conduct operational checks and system migration tasks


<Preferred Skills>

  • At least 3 years of experience in designing and building servers, networks, or middleware

  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or the Basic Information Technology Engineer Examination

IT Engineer (System Design / Development)

<Responsibilities>

  • Requirements definition, specification writing, development, and testing

  • Integration testing and validation

<Preferred Skills>

  • Knowledge of databases

  • Experience in system design and development using Windows, Linux, Unix, C#, Apache, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.

  • At least 3 years of software development experience

  • Certifications such as AWS, LPIC, or the Basic Information Technology Engineer Examination
