THT-Office Tour
Introducing the working environment at THT!
Tokyo Security Communications moved its head office to Shiba, Minato Ward in April 2024.
The concept of the new office is
"An office where employees want to gather"
"An office where visitors can actually experience THT's products."
Our goal was to create a space that would further promote communication within the office and support more creative and productive working styles.
Head Office Overview
Location: Shiba L's Building 7F, 1-5-11 Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo
7 minutes from JR Line "Hamamatsucho Station"
8 minutes from Daimon Station on the Toei Oedo Line and Asakusa Line
8 minutes from Shibakoen Station on the Toei Mita Line
It is conveniently located with access to 4 lines and 3 stations.
When you get off the elevator in the building, you will be greeted by an entrance displaying our company logo.
Office area
Opening the door to the left of the entrance, you will find a large work area. The entire room is made of glass at the back, so natural light pours in, creating a bright and open atmosphere. Our company has a free address system, so each employee can freely choose their seat depending on their mood and the work they are doing that day. Another big attraction is that the layout is flat with almost no partitions, which allows for smooth communication between employees.
Private booth
These private booths are convenient for web conferences or when you want to concentrate on work. They are equipped with footrests and reclining chairs, so they can also be used as a relaxation space during breaks.
Cafe space
The cafe space at the back of the work area serves as a place where employees naturally gather and communicate. By using a lot of wood-grain designs and installing an abundance of greenery, we have created a space that gives a sense of relaxation and warmth.
The space is equipped with a water server, refrigerator, and microwave, so many employees can be seen enjoying their lunch here. Snacks and coffee are always available at the counter, so it can be used not only for refreshment during work hours, but also as a casual meeting space.
Furthermore, after work, employees often gather at the counter to enjoy a drink together, making it a popular spot within the company. This café space is also used as an event venue in conjunction with the office area, making it a multifunctional collaboration space that can be used for a variety of purposes depending on the purpose.
Meeting Room
There are three conference rooms to choose from depending on the purpose and number of people. All conference rooms are equipped with Crestron conference systems, providing an environment suitable for all business situations, including remote meetings, face-to-face meetings, and presentations. All rooms are also soundproofed, so there is no need to worry about the contents of the meeting being leaked to the outside.
T-LAB
T-LAB is a space for verifying and testing various products as a strategic demonstration environment for IoT devices. We will continue to provide more substantial content in the future so that you can visually experience how our products and services can be utilized when you visit our company.
T-ASC
T-ASC (THT ASSISTANT SUPPORT CENTER) is a specialized team for monitoring and operation maintenance that offers proactive proposals and precise support. They provide highly reliable support services, including remote equipment monitoring, operational support, and customer inquiries. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from the T-ASC room, which is equipped with special security measures.
