My Mission

The Contact Center Solution Department is responsible for the design, operation, and maintenance of contact center systems. In everything we do, we are guided by our core values: Quality, Security and Sustainability.

My Policy

My Episode

I am responsible for the operation and maintenance of the call center system for a major gas company. Some of the calls we handle involve gas leaks.
When I first joined the company, my manager told me, "If this call center system goes down, lives could be at risk. That’s how critical your work is."
Those words have stayed with me ever since and continue to remind me of the importance and responsibility of my role.
