My Mission

The Contact Center Solution Department is responsible for the design, operation, and maintenance of contact center systems. In all our work, we remain focused on our core values of "Quality," "Security," and "Sustainability."

My Policy

I always strive to maintain a positive mindset and move forward with purpose. By communicating transparently and acting with a strong sense of responsibility, I aim to be someone that both customers and colleagues can trust and rely on.

My Episode

I am responsible for the operation and maintenance of the call center system for a major gas company. Some of the calls we receive concern gas leaks.
When I first joined the company, my manager told me, "If this call center system goes down, it could cost lives. That’s how critical your work is."
Those words have stayed with me ever since and continue to remind me of the seriousness of my responsibilities.
