My Mission
Our department is structured to include both front-office and back-office functions, with each team playing a vital role in executing the company’s strategic initiatives. To drive the business forward, we focus on supporting every employee by enhancing the workplace environment, enriching welfare programs, and strengthening career development through training and one-on-one coaching.
My Policy
Given my role, I frequently interact with people both inside and outside the company. I strive to communicate in an inclusive, balanced, and assertive manner, always keeping an open mind rather than approaching things solely from my own perspective.

Looking ahead, I am committed to developing systems that support the company’s sustainable growth and facilitate smooth succession to the next generation. Personally, I aspire to leverage my qualifications as a certified career consultant and contribute meaningfully over the long term.
My Episode
A few years after I joined the company, the CEO told me, "Since you joined, you have systematized and improved various operations, and the company is now truly on the right track." Starting from when I was assigned alone to the newly established Business Promotion Office, I have consistently worked to contribute to the company’s growth. Receiving this recognition has been a great encouragement for me.
