To help drive the organization forward, we focus on supporting every employee by improving the work environment, enhancing employee benefits, and strengthening career development through structured training programs and one-on-one coaching.

My Episode
A few years after I joined the company, the CEO said to me, "Since you joined us, you have systematized and improved various operations, and the company is now moving in the right direction." From the time I was assigned as the sole member of the newly established Business Promotion Office to the present day, I have consistently done everything I can to support the company. Receiving that recognition was deeply encouraging and reaffirmed my commitment to contributing even further.
