My Mission
The mission of the Business Promotion Office is to foster smooth and effective collaboration across departments. We support both day-to-day departmental operations and company-wide initiatives. In addition, we lead public relations efforts, promoting our products externally while strengthening internal communication through effective tools and platforms.
My Policy
In everything I do, I make it a point to stay mindful of the purpose behind each task by asking myself, "who is this for, and why am I doing it?" Given the nature of my role, I sometimes manage only a portion of a project, while at other times I build initiatives entirely from the ground up. It can be easy to lose sight of the bigger picture, so I’ve developed a habit of revisiting the core objective of each task to ensure I'm always working with clarity and intention.
My Vision
As a member of the Business Management Team, I strive to cultivate a strategic mindset and the ability to think from a mid- to long-term perspective. On a personal level, I aspire to be someone who embraces new challenges without hesitation, even in unfamiliar situations, and continues to grow through every experience.
My Episode
I led the research, implementation, and management of a new time-tracking system in support of another department. It was my first time taking full ownership of a project of this scale, and I faced many uncertainties, particularly in designing the operational workflow from scratch and driving adoption among users. However, when I received feedback that the system had significantly reduced the team's workload, I felt a deep sense of accomplishment. That experience reaffirmed the value and impact of our work.

Even if you don't have prior experience, as long as you have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn, you’ll find an environment here that supports both autonomy and collaboration. As someone who joined the company not long ago, I’m excited to meet teammates who are eager to grow, take on challenges, and build something meaningful together.
