My Mission
The mission of the Business Promotion Office is to support smooth and effective collaboration across departments. We assist with departmental operations and company-wide projects, and also take on public relations activities, promoting our products externally and enhancing internal communication by providing effective tools and platforms.
My Policy
In all my work, I make it a goal to stay conscious of the purpose behind each task by continually asking myself, "For whom and for what am I doing this?" Given the nature of my role, I often work on only a portion of a project or plan something entirely from scratch. In such cases, it's easy to lose sight of the bigger picture, so I’ve made it a habit to return to the core of each task to ensure I stay focused and intentional.
My Vision
As a member of the Business Management Team, I aim to develop a strategic mindset and the ability to think from a mid- to long-term perspective. On a personal level, I strive to be someone who never hesitates to take on new challenges, even in unfamiliar territory, and who continues to grow through every experience.
My Episode
I led the research, implementation, operation, and management of a new man-hour tracking system to support another department. As it was my first time taking full responsibility for a project, I encountered many uncertainties, particularly in designing the operational workflow from scratch and ensuring smooth adoption. Despite the challenges, when I received feedback that the system had significantly reduced the team's workload, I felt a deep sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. That experience reinforced the value of the work we do.

As someone who also joined the company recently, I’m excited to work with teammates who are eager to grow and improve together.
