"2024 THT Meeting" Held

In May 2024, Tokyo Preservation communication held its first-ever Annual Company Meeting in the company's 10-year history, under the title "10THT MEETING."

The event took place at our newly relocated head office, where many employees gathered for a memorable and meaningful day.

Marking our 10th anniversary, the theme of this inaugural Annual Company Meeting centered on reflecting on our journey, appreciating the past, embracing current changes, and looking ahead to the future.

■ Event Highlights

Part 1

The first part of the event began with a company history video, followed by an opening address from CEO Suzuki.

The video provided a valuable opportunity for all employees to reflect on THT's journey from its founding to the present.

Next, in a special segment titled "THT BA10N", CEO Suzuki presented a personalized message of gratitude and expectations to each employee in the form of a baton-shaped certificate.

Rather than recognizing only a few individuals, this initiative celebrated all employees, making it a truly memorable and symbolic gesture to mark the 10th anniversary.

The session concluded with remarks from each department head and the introduction of new business initiatives.

Part 2

The second part of the day welcomed additional participants and transitioned into a lively social gathering at the same venue.

For this segment, we invited a magician and a fruit carving artist as guest performers, creating a more festive atmosphere than a typical company event.

Employees from across departments enjoyed interacting with one another, guessing the magician's tricks, and taking photos of the impressive fruit carvings, resulting in an event filled with smiles and shared memories.
