In May 2026, we successfully held our 3rd Company-wide Employee Meeting at our head office.

Every year in May, our founding anniversary month, we hold an Company-wide Employee Meeting to bring all employees together and provide an opportunity for everyone to connect and enjoy time together.

An organizing committee selected from each department spent approximately six months preparing the event, from developing the theme and planning the activities to managing the event on the day. We have continued to make the Company-wide Employee Meeting an event that our employees create together.

■Event Theme

This year's theme was: "Co-Creation ~Every Idea Moves Us Forward~"

The theme reflects the idea that each employee brings their own perspectives, experiences, and ideas to help shape our present and future together.

The day's activities were organized around three key words: "Think" "Connect" "Act," with a variety of activities designed to encourage interaction across locations and departments. Through dialogue with one another, we hoped that everyone would gain a deeper understanding of different perspectives and values, while gaining new insights and learning from each other.

■Event Highlights

Part 1

Part 1 featured "Word Wolf" as an icebreaker activity and "Marshmallow Tower" as a team-building activity.

During Word Wolf, everyone chatted and tried to figure out the answers together, and as the game progressed, the room naturally filled with laughter and smiles. Employees who do not usually have many opportunities to interact also gradually became more comfortable with one another in the relaxed atmosphere, and conversations naturally flowed more freely.

Next, in the Marshmallow Tower activity, each team used a limited amount of materials to challenge themselves to build the tallest tower possible.

"How should we build it?" "Let's just give it a try first." With limited time, each team discussed ideas, tried different approaches, and made adjustments along the way. It was impressive to see everyone brainstorming and exchanging ideas.

Even during the break after Part 1, some employees voluntarily played an extra round of Word Wolf. The connections that had formed through the activities naturally continued beyond the activities themselves.

Part 2

Part 2 featured a social gathering and a bingo tournament.

The activities in Part 1 had already created many opportunities for interaction, and we saw many employees who do not usually have a chance to talk spending time chatting together. The event remained relaxed and friendly throughout, allowing everyone to get to know one another better.

During the Bingo tournament, members of the development team had also specially created a spinning wheel from scratch especially for the Company-wide Employee Meeting, adding a creative touch to the event. Each employee brought their own strengths to the event, and this became one of the memorable moments that best showcased what makes our company unique.

■Participant Feedback

"Both activities were a lot of fun. It was great to see personalities and abilities that we don't often get to see in our day-to-day work."
"It was great how Word Wolf made it easier for everyone to start talking, followed by the Marshmallow Tower activity where we shared ideas and worked toward a common goal."
"The Marshmallow Tower activity was very lively and a lot of fun. Everyone willingly took on their respective roles, and we naturally came together as a team."
