"2025 THT MEETING" Held

In May 2025, Tokyo Preservation communication Co., Ltd. held its second annual company meeting, titled "2025 THT MEETING."

Building on the momentum of last year's 10th anniversary celebration, this year's event took a step forward and was planned and organized primarily by our employees.

As part of our efforts to cultivate a new company culture, this year's meeting focused on fostering connections and encouraging conversation.

■ Event Theme

Link & Beyond -Connecting Toward the Future-

Link = Encouraging employees to connect and engage with one another

Beyond = Expanding those connections into new ideas, personal growth, and the future of both individuals and the company

Our goal was to create an environment where members, regardless of department, seniority, or office location, could naturally connect and have conversations with colleagues they don't usually interact with. We aimed to provide a relaxed and enjoyable experience, leaving participants thinking, "I'm glad I participated."

■ Event Highlights

Part 1

The first part of the event kicked off with a presentation by our CEO Suzuki, introducing "THTism."

He shared the story behind the creation of our company logo, as well as the core values that we should cherish while working at THT.

Next, we moved into a team-building session, where employees were randomly grouped across departments and seniority levels to participate in a Values Card Game.

* The "Values Card Game" is a casual activity that makes it easy for participants to share and explore the values they care about both their own and those of others.

Because it encourages lighthearted, game-like communication, the activity helped team members relax and connect more deeply with one another.

It was a great opportunity for employees who don't usually have a chance to interact to discover their own authenticity, find unexpected common ground, and form new, meaningful connections.

Part 2

The second part of the event was held in a different venue, where we hosted a social gathering and a bingo tournament.

Darts competitions were held, while lively conversations flowed freely across departments and seniority levels. Laughter filled the room throughout, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere.
