Tokyo Preservation communication Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the following organizational restructuring and personnel changes.
■ Organizational restructuring (Effective April 1)
To establish a one-stop structure that directly addresses customer challenges, we will abolish the current divisional system and transition to a four-department structure.
・ Business Promotion Office
This office integrates the General Affairs and Accounting Office with the Business Promotion
Office, combining both front-office and back-office functions.
It will be responsible for everything from strategic planning to execution across the company.
・ Business Solution Department
Serving as the primary point of contact for our one-stop service offerings, this department will
form cross-functional teams based on specific client solutions.
It will oversee the entire process, from consultation to planning, design, development,
construction, and implementation.
・ Contact Center Solution Department
This team is dedicated to supporting clients in social infrastructure sectors.
It will manage all phases of the service lifecycle from upstream to downstream.
・ THT Assistant Support Center (T-ASC)
In addition to operating as a 24/7 after-sales support center, T-ASC will serve as a
knowledge hub for the company.
It will play a central role in first-line support, service development,
and act as the core unit of THT's consulting task formation framework.
