Notice of Share Acquisition and Subsidiary Integration of Human Capital Consulting Co., Ltd.

We are pleased to announce that on February 5, 2024, Tokyo Preservation communication Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Chief Executive Officer: Hitoshi Suzuki; hereinafter "THT") acquired 100% of the shares of Human Capital Consulting Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sado City, Niigata Prefecture; Chief Executive Officer: Masae Kawaguchi; hereinafter "HCC") and has made it a wholly owned subsidiary.

At THT, we strive to realize future potential through our expertise in communications and technology. With the goal of building a sustainable society, we have established a comprehensive, one-stop service model covering consulting, system design, development, implementation, and operation. Our business encompasses customers-commissioned system development and infrastructure construction, as well as post-deployment operational support for end users.

Through this acquisition, we believe that combining HCC's deep expertise in call center consulting and customer support with THT's advanced system development and integration capabilities will enable us to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet a broader range of customer needs.
