Event Overview

The "THT 2023 SEASON EVENT BBQ PARTY" was held in Tokyo on Friday, October 27.

Since its launch in 2015, this internal event has taken various forms, including Family Days and company trips. After a four-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were excited to finally bring it back.

Event Theme

The theme of this event is "Employee Connection."

As part of our efforts to revive our internal event culture, this initiative aims to rebuild the sense of in-person connection that was lost during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We believe that creating new value requires not only collaboration with our clients, but also cross-functional collaboration within the company, across departments, teams, and individual colleagues.

Event Highlights

The day was filled with fun and laughter, as employees enjoyed a BBQ and a team-based darts tournament.

The darts competition featured participants from different departments, with luxury prizes awarded to the winning team. Even more exciting, anyone who hit the bullseye received a special gift directly from our CEO!
