■Event Overview

In October 2025, we held our internal event, "THT-Recreation DAY 2025", at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo.

The event was designed to give employees a refreshing break from their daily routines, encourage cross-team interaction, and promote both mental and physical well-being.

This year marked the second Recreation DAY. While last year's event welcomed employees' families, this year we shifted the focus to employees and contract staff, placing greater emphasis on strengthening internal communication and team cohesion.

Event Highlights

Team Bowling Tournament

The first half of the event featured a team-based bowling tournament held at the hotel's bowling alley.

Teams were intentionally formed across departmental lines, bringing together colleagues who had not previously worked together. As the games progressed, participants quickly connected through the shared experience, with enthusiastic cheering and mutual encouragement throughout the tournament.

Networking Dinner & Awards Ceremony

In the second half of the event, participants gathered at a Japanese restaurant within the hotel for a networking dinner.

In a relaxed private dining space, attendees enjoyed a KAISEKI course prepared with seasonal ingredients, naturally sparking conversation and interaction.

The evening also included an awards ceremony for the bowling tournament, as well as introductions of new employees, providing a warm opportunity to officially welcome our newest team members. The elegant hotel setting offered an ideal atmosphere for building stronger connections across the organization.

Participant Feedback

"It had been a while since I last went bowling, but it was great to see different sides of my colleagues and experience such a supportive team atmosphere."

"The private dining room made it easy to move around and connect with people from other teams and departments."
"Enjoying hotel leisure activities and delicious KAISEKI cuisine together was a rare and truly memorable experience."

Tokyo Preservation communication Co., Ltd. will continue to foster lively communication and cultivate a rewarding and fulfilling workplace through a variety of events.
