■Event Overview
In October 2025, we held our internal event, "THT-Recreation DAY 2025", at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo.
The event was designed to offer employees a refreshing change of pace from their daily work environment, encourage interaction among colleagues, and support both mental and physical well-being.
This year marked the second edition of Recreation DAY. Unlike last year, when employees' families were also invited, this year's event places a slightly different emphasis, focusing on employees and contract staff, placing greater emphasis on strengthening internal communication.
■Event Highlights
Team Bowling Tournament
The first half of the event featured a team-based bowling tournament held at the hotel's bowling alley.
Teams were formed across departmental boundaries to bring together colleagues who had not met before. Throughout the tournament, colleagues quickly bonded through the shared activity, and moments of enthusiastic cheering and mutual support were frequent.
Networking Dinner & Awards Ceremony
In the latter half, participants moved to a Japanese restaurant within the hotel for a networking dinner.
In a calm, intimate private room, attendees enjoyed a KAISEKI course made with seasonal ingredients, which naturally encouraged conversation and interaction.
The awards ceremony for the bowling tournament was also held, along with an introduction of new employees, providing a welcoming opportunity to introduce and welcome our newest team members.
The elegant hotel setting provided the perfect environment for fostering connections among employees.
■Participant Feedback
"It had been a while since I last bowled, but it was great to see different sides of colleagues that we don't usually get to see, and to enjoy the supportive team atmosphere."
"The private room for the dinner made it easy to move around and interact with people from other teams and departments."
"It was a rare experience to enjoy hotel leisure and delicious KAISEKI cuisine together, making it truly memorable."
Tokyo Preservation communication Co., Ltd. will continue to foster lively communication and cultivate a rewarding and fulfilling workplace through a variety of events.
