A Day in the Life at THT
S.T's one day, Business Promotion Team & IT Management Group, Business Promotion Office (Joined in April 2021)
Imagination is necessary to support various departments within the company!
I am always ready to respond to urgent requests
8:30 Start Work
I start the day by reviewing emails, chat messages, and planning my schedule.
By organizing my tasks early in the morning, I prioritize effectively and stay ready for unexpected demands throughout the day.
9:00 Daily Tasks
I handle daily tasks such as processing incoming invoices and managing department workloads.
At the start of the month, I also collect backup logs from our various systems. At month-end, I confirm the status of billing items with relevant departments and complete workflow approvals.
10:00 Internal Meeting
I participate in weekly team meetings with supported departments. Based on shared information, I handle shift registrations, monitor project progress, and process procurement requests.
I put my imagination to work by identifying support needs based on the surrounding context of each request and by anticipating what may be needed next.
11:00 IT Management Tasks
As part of the IT Management Group, I take care of inquiries through our request forms, set up company PCs and mobile devices for new hires or job transfers, and create or update manuals and documentation.
12:00 Lunch Break
Lunch at my desk.
I spend my time freely, enjoying some downtime-chatting with senior teammates or even taking a short nap to recharge.
13:00 Project Support Tasks
14:00 Research & Documentation Tasks
This time is used for managing purchase and sales orders, registering them in the system, and handling other incoming requests.
I dedicate this time to preparing planning materials for cross-functional projects, writing manuals, and creating reports based on requested tasks.
I often collaborate with team members who have a wide range of skills, incorporating their suggestions and feedback into the final output.
16:00 Team Meeting
Regular meetings are held twice a week in my department.
At the beginning of the week, we review the previous week and confirm tasks and schedules for the upcoming week with our supervisors. This is also the time to address any non-urgent questions and receive feedback on the materials I have prepared.
At the end of the week, we hold a one-on-one meeting every other week. The main purpose of this meeting is to share opinions about overall work and check the progress of the goals set for each half-year period.
17:30 Leave Work
Before leaving, I organize my completed work and remaining tasks. Great job today!
