A Day in the Life at THT

A.T's one day, Business Management Team & IT Management Group, Business Promotion Office (Joined in July 2019)

I am in charge of multiple tasks including general affairs, accounting, IT management, and HR-G.
I allocate my time according to my role and work flexibly as the situation demands.

8:30  Start Work

Handle emails and chats. Walk around the office to check on employees, look for any unclean areas, and ensure that office supplies are sufficiently stocked.

 

I am attentive to creating a comfortable work environment for employees.

9:00  Document and Mail Checking

Checking and filing documents such as received invoices.

 

In addition to the above, there are also days when I conduct induction sessions and handle onboarding procedures.

10:00  Accounting Processing

Approve expense requests in the workflow system and journal entries in the accounting system.

Around mid-month, I also tally the hours worked to calculate payroll.

I handle my tasks with a focus not only on daily duties but also on monthly operations.

11:00  Respond to Internal and External Inquiries

I respond to inquiries coming via email, phone, general affairs inquiry form, etc. Occasionally, I also assist visitors.

12:00  Lunch Break

13:00  Accounting Mgmt

Lunch at my desk.

I use data from the project management and accounting systems to manage deposits, payments, and budget vs. actuals.

 

Since this task must be error-free, I handle it carefully and double-check with my team.

14:00  Information Gathering and Document Preparation

I collect information on labor and accounting, and create materials for explaining to the CEO, as well as internal communication materials.

 

I strive to create clear and accurate materials, as they are essential for business decision-making. It's also important to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.

15:00  Review and Meetings for Business Improvement

Organize tasks, hold meetings, and create proposal documents.

 

This is the most rewarding part of the job!

I also focus on improving efficiency through the use of IT tools.

16:00  Invoice and Document Preparation and Mailing

I approve and issue invoices, bind and stamp documents using the project management system.

17:30  Leave Work

I leave work almost on time.
On my way home, I drop off the mail in the mailbox.
